Delineation of Powers between State and Local Authorities in the Sphere of Health Protection of Citizens as One of the Trends of Health Care ReformationAbstract: The article is devoted to the problem of delineation of powers between state and local authorities in the sphere of health care. The author underlines the important influence of rules of delineation of powers between the Russian Federation, Russian Federation constituents and local self-government bodies aimed at decentralization of health care system and public health administration on processes of reformation of the Russian health care system. This influence includes reauthorization of powers in organization and financing of medical aid between authorities of different public levels.
